The pathetic service I’m getting from @TelkomZA mobile has become unbearable that I need to finally change service providers. NO RESPONSE from @nedbank or @lovegreenbacks since receiving a reference number on 24 October . My Nedbank Amex points are still missing since Oct 9. I will be escalating this to the Banking Ombudsman next week if I don't hear from you. #CustomerServiceFail

We clearly need to reassess all our banking products. Perhaps @Discovery_SA could provide a quote for banking services and taking over the bond. It seems @Nedbank is comfortable deducting bond payments before payday, showing a lack of attentiveness to their clients’ needs.
