Most people using DeFi today don't really think about oracles or indexers They just expect the apps to work Years ago, those were pretty obscure things outside dev circles. Then builders started finding uses for them, and suddenly they were everywhere That's the part of this story that sticks with us Counterfactual Execution probably looks oddly specific from the outside. Replaying real chain history with one input changed? Cool, but what do you actually do with that? We have ideas, of course. But we're not spending all this time on RHOOK just to ship one more dashboard and call it a day We want this to be something other developers can build with. Maybe someone takes our SDK and makes a product we never even considered. Honestly, that would be the best outcome The less exciting part is getting the core solid enough for that. Reproducibility, verification, compatibility... all the stuff nobody wants to tweet about 😂 But if we get that right, the most interesting RHOOK applications might not even be ours That's what we're building toward

Finally got the RHOOK Developer Alpha source on GitHub Python API, CLI, Hookr adapter and tests are there. We also replayed a real Hookr block with LP Rewards changed from 100 to 50. One buyer got ~0.5% more RHOOK Native replay kit isn't public yet, but we're getting there github.com/USBVadik/rhook/tr…

Hookr made it to #1 on @TradePools . Now we want RHOOK to become #1 on @Hookrfun And we want to earn that spot by building something genuinely useful. Counterfactual Execution, a solid SDK, and tools other devs can actually build with 149 pools already. We're just getting started
Fun fact. There's 149 listed @Hookrfun pools on Robinhood Chain. Quite impressive for a young ecosystem. Many more will $HOOKR.

Anyone can figure out that lowering a fee component will probably give a buyer more tokens. You don't need a new protocol for that But that wasn't the interesting part of our experiment with a @Hookrfun pool We wanted to find out if we could take a block that already happened, change one rule, and actually execute the entire block again instead of just calculating what the difference should be We took block 93251803 on Robinhood Chain and first replayed all 7 ordered arrivals through native Nitro, including the system transaction. The state root, receipts root and block hash matched the original chain Then we went back to the same historical checkpoint, changed one parameter in Hookr's RulesConfig (LP Rewards: 100 → 50 bps), and executed those same arrivals again. The transactions, their order and the contract code were left untouched The buyer's net $RHOOK output was 0.504% higher in the counterfactual branch That's roughly what you'd expect from lowering the fee. But we didn't calculate the result from a formula. We got it from the new execution's Transfer events, along with its own receipts, gas usage and state commitments Both native executions took about 1.27 seconds in total. Our unified Go/Nitro worker also reproduced the exact results of an earlier specialized experiment without needing a rebuild for the new parameter Now imagine asking a less obvious question What if a hook had been disabled during a real block? What if a liquidation threshold had been different? Would the same transactions still succeed? What would the resulting state look like? Those are the kinds of questions we want developers to explore with RHOOK We documented the experiment, results and execution commitments on GitHub if you want to dig into the details: github.com/USBVadik/rhook/bl…

yeah yeah, we know 😅 we've been talking a lot about what RHOOK could do. fair enough. we're working on the part where we actually show it but the rabbit hole goes pretty deep what if LP rewards were turned off during a real swap? what if a buy limit never existed? or here's one we really want to explore: take a real DeFi exploit, add a safety rule, replay the same transactions. does it actually stop the attack, or does something else happen? that's the kind of stuff we want to find out starting with @Hookrfun pools. we'll show the receipts when they're ready 👀

Blockchains tell you what happened RHOOK asks a harder question: Would a transaction still succeed if part of its history were different? Replay the alternative. Verify the outcome. The bigger idea? Make that answer a condition for execution Counterfactual Execution 🪝

Why care? Imagine asking: “Would my swap still work if something earlier had gone differently?” That's what RHOOK is exploring This is one recorded, bounded case - not a live tool for any transaction yet

This is a recorded demo of one bounded historical experiment - not a live replay service or a public native SDK yet Next we're building a better developer workflow: ask several questions about the same alternative world without replaying it every time

RHOOK is still being built 🪝 We've now replayed real blockchain history with one action changed and verified what happened next Our first developer alpha is working locally Next step: turning this into something you can actually try More soon 👀

Hookr is making market rules programmable RHOOK asks what happens to the history those rules create take a real pool change one valid rule at launch re-execute what followed inspect what actually changes downstream building this integration now
Big Hookr update goes live today: Build your own @Uniswap v4 hook from Hook Blocks: proven hook legos you pick, tune and remix, no code needed. So far we had 6. This update adds 21 new Hook Blocks and tools. Two ways to launch: • Deploy your own hook with your Hook Blocks in one transaction, then submit it to Uniswap for verification • Use Hookr's general hook with your chosen Blocks, with nothing to deploy. Both work for new tokens and tokens that already exist. What's better: • Cheaper: swaps use about 47% to 70% less gas, launches about 40% less. • Locked down: a pool's Hook Blocks are frozen at launch, and new ones wait in a timelock. • More: up to 8 pools per token, half of arb profit back to LPs and traders, up to 3x rewards for locked LP, any quote asset. The Hook Blocks: Launching: Anti-Snipe, Multi-pool launch, Dev buy lock. Trading: Dynamic fees, Arb recapture, King of the Pool, Market-hours fee. For LPs: LP Rewards, Launch lock, LP Time-Lock Boost. For creators and treasuries: Auto Burn, Creator royalty, Managed fee, Programs. Launching later today: • Deploy your own hook with your Hook Blocks in one transaction, then submit it to Uniswap for verification. • Zero-seed and auction launches, Canonical Venue Token. • Buy/Sell Block, Market Guard, Swap Reward Mint, Zap Relay. • Entry Ratio Guarantee, Recovery reserve, Pay Later. • Tax + Conversion, Revenue Router, Vesting Milestone, Floor bid, Dev Drip. • Auction launches run on Uniswap's Continuous Clearing Auction. • Partner tax and the Hook Blocks Market for third-party Hook Blocks. Built to plug into Uniswap: • Every Hookr pool is a Uniswap v4 pool • Trades through the Universal Router, with the caller as the named trader • HookrQuoter answers in V4Quoter's shape, same selectors, exact to the wei • Auction launches run on Uniswap's Continuous Clearing Auction For integrators: • SDK: TypeScript on viem, builds every launch, swap, quote and claim • Every contract verified on Blockscout and Sourcify • Partner tax, referrals and the Hook Blocks Market for third-party Hook Blocks Programs, referrals, the Managed fee and the Market-hours fee open in coming days. 👑💧King of the Pool: Our new Hook Block: each round, the biggest buy on a pool takes the crown and wins a prize from a pot filled by arb recapture. Built with the What The Hook team, who also helped us update the UI. Huge shout out to them. New team we're excited to start working with on custom hooks @PareStocks. They split a tokenized stock into two things you can trade separately. And we're working on some really cool custom Hook Blocks with every team. Lots more coming. Stay tuned. This version is being submitted for an external audit. Below is a detailed breakdown of how everything works: hookr.fun/docs/guides/the-ne… Smart contract architecture: hookr.fun/docs/concepts/arch…

simulators answer “what if?” cool. that’s not the interesting part. RHOOK is about what comes after. change one point in committed history → re-execute the branch → inspect what changed → turn any result that matters into a portable claim another app can verify

This is where RHOOK started Replaying a real pool’s history under a changed rule was the first wedge What grew out of it is broader: programmable counterfactual execution over committed history Same origin. Much bigger protocol direction
🪝Last week on Hookr. 🔌 New incoming integrations: @Saffron brings fixed-yield vaults to Hookr pools, so LPs can lock in a fixed return. @ZEALZdotfun is opening a zZEC pool with a low base fee and LP rewards. rhook by @a_seven_life replays a pool's real history with and without a rule, so you can see what a rule would have done. @hooddomains puts .hood names on Hookr creators and pools. @openaicu, from the Long ecosystem, will launch its tokens on Hookr with a custom rule. @longbowlend, a lending protocol on Robinhood Chain, plugging in idle capital for borrowing and using Hookr pools for liquidations / collateral swaps. @pumpPill brings launch protection: Dev-Drip escrows creator tokens and releases them slowly, and Sniper Rebate taxes early sells to pay the buyers who held. VolaDelta brings a lucky draw where swap fees pay out to buyers who held. 🏗️ More than 95% of trades on Hookr pools happen outside hookr.fun 🐊 The robinhood:0x18e674231a58c239dc7daedcffe15ec3a24cff5c page now shows the aggregators that route it. 📊HookrScan update: Paste a Uniswap v4 hook from Robinhood Chain, Base, Unichain, Ethereum, Arbitrum or OP Mainnet and it shows every permission it enables right on the hook and gives it a Hook Score. On Robinhood Chain it also finds every pool the hook is on. Every report now has its own share link and a score card for X and Telegram. ⛽️ The next Hookr update cuts gas per swap and per launch roughly in half. 🤝 Special mention to the @whatthehookv4 team. They helped us find a lot of these gas savings and we have been working closely with them on King of the Hill: each round, the top buyer wins a bonus paid from arb recapture.
