Este es el debate en vivo entre un hombre que a sus 35 años ha conseguido con esfuerzo comprar 11 propiedades y una mujer que dice que es grosero que alguien tenga tantas propiedades. ¿Quién tiene la razón? 👀

Is it fair for "obstruction" to be used as a catch-all charge when no specific law is broken? In 2018, Martinez PD Officer Michael R. Lincoln approached two men filming on a public sidewalk near a refinery in Martinez, CA. He questioned their purpose, ordered hands visible, and treated the filming as suspicious. The auditors cited the First Amendment and California Penal Code § 148(g), which states that openly recording a peace officer in a public place does not, by itself, constitute obstruction or provide reasonable suspicion to detain. No arrest or citation occurred. ❓Does an officer “work for the public,” or for his supervisor and the department? ❓How should officers handle people who refuse to explain their purpose for filming?

Pennsylvania Troopers Ran One Man Off — Long Island Audit Came Back and Took Care of Business Pennsylvania State Police – Troop J Headquarters, Lancaster, PA A man named Tom entered the public lobby of the Pennsylvania State Police Troop J station in Lancaster and began recording items of public interest. Multiple troopers (approximately four) confronted him, told him he was not allowed to record inside the building, claimed he needed official business to be there, and directed him to leave. Tom complied and exited without strongly asserting his rights. Sean Paul Reyes (Long Island Audit) saw the video of Tom’s encounter. He drove from Long Island to Lancaster specifically to follow up at the same Troop J headquarters. Reyes entered the public lobby, recorded openly, and stated he was exercising his First Amendment right to film in a publicly accessible government area. Troopers again told him he could not record and attempted to restrict where he pointed his camera. Reyes refused to stop or leave, explaining that anything visible from public areas can be recorded and that if the agency wanted privacy it needed to create it (blinds, tint, etc.) rather than order the public not to film. The troopers ultimately backed down. Reyes continued recording, completed the audit, and left on his own terms. There was no arrest. This highlights ongoing tensions over recording rights at Pennsylvania State Police facilities. Courts have recognized a First Amendment right to record officers performing official duties in public and in publicly accessible government spaces, subject to reasonable time, place, and manner limits that do not include a blanket ban in open lobbies. Video credit: Long Island Audit ❓Are these audits changing police behavior over time, or just creating more viral clips? ❓Why do some agencies treat their public lobbies and spaces like private offices? ❓Does Reyes’ calm, legal-focused approach make his audits more effective than aggressive ones?

CPS officer tries to bully a man that knows his rights and sends on the walk of shame empty handed. CPS officer from Wake County showed up on this man’s doorstep for the fourth time, bringing a uniformed police officer along as muscle to intimidate his way through the front door. The officer claimed an open investigation into alleged "medical neglect," insisting he had the legal authority to force his way inside, lay eyes on the infant, and demand private medical records on the spot. Instead of rolling over, this father stood his ground at the threshold and put on a clinic in exercising his Fourth Amendment. In other words, he didn’t take the bait. He didn’t submit to coercive questioning. He repeatedly pressed the caseworker on the fundamental law, what specific statute gave him the power to demand entry without judicial authority? Was his family property of the county? When the officer couldn't cite actual law and repeatedly fell back on administrative excuses, the father made the boundaries crystal clear, without a signed search warrant or court order, they had zero legal right to step across the threshold. Bully officials rely on intimidation, badge presence, and public ignorance to bypass constitutional boundaries. They act like their administrative mandate overrides the Bill of Rights, until an educated citizen forces them to show their hand. When the father revealed the child wasn't even inside and instructed them not to return without a judge's signature, the CPS officer’s aggressive posture completely unraveled. All bark, zero legal bite. No warrant, no entry, and both the officer and the police backup had to turn around and take the walk of shame right off the property.

👮‍♀️Female officer: "You have anything that might poke me stick me or hurt me? 📹Man recording: "My bicycle handles could do that." In July 2020, Watford City, North Dakota, police responded to a call about a parked vehicle early one morning. Travis Heinze, a military veteran who documents police contacts while traveling and living out of his vehicle, had parked before sunrise after a night in the mid-40s°F. A caller reported something unusual in the area. Two female officers from the Watford City Police Department arrived. According to Heinze’s recording, the interaction began as a check on the parked vehicle. He questioned the basis for the contact, asked whether a call had actually been made, and offered to exchange identification. Comments on the video note one officer briefly drawing her firearm as he stepped from the car, along with standard questions about weapons. The officers ultimately left without issuing a citation, making an arrest, or filing charges. ❓Why would an officer draw a firearm while approaching a man who was simply stepping out of a parked car? ❓What rights does a person have when officers approach a legally parked car with no observed violation and start demanding ID?
