Still struggling to quit alcohol. Not easy

Fifth day without alcohol. The worst so far. By a long way

Saturday, 11 November. 1710. Shopping done. No alcohol bought. One kW hr clicked off last night. Total filthy coal based power taken from the grid: 12979 kW hrs. Clean solar electricity pumped into the grid: 31017 kW hrs

Day four without alcohol. Ditto days one, two, & three

I'm shivering. Yes. Lithgow tends to be unseasonably cool in November. Not. This shivering is not due to the ambient temperature

Day three without alcohol is no better than days one & two

Second day without alcohol. Just as shit as the first. The thunder & torrential rain is just as unpleasant bonus

Haven't drunk alcohol today. Trying to quit. Feel like crap

I first moved to Lithgow in November 2016. My ex had stolen all the blankets, even the one my aunt made for me. It will be hot soon

Friday, 3; November. 1255. Horrible, horrible night. One kW hr of filthy coal based power clicked up. Total imports from the grid 12978 kW hrs. Clean solar electricity exported to the grid: 30938 kW hrs

One thing i can't stand in modern docs is poverty porn. This series is full of it

Star Wars

Home in one piece. Rough counselor's session, but my legs are getting stronger. & i didn't trip

Friday, 27 October. 1120. Rough night. Very rough. Apparently i have a counselor's appointment today. Finally ticked over a kW hr of filthy coal based power. 12977 kW hrs total imports. 30829 kW hrs of clean solar electricity exported to the grid. Good

Nothing to do today. Which is good, given yesterday's fall. Listening to @maxrichtermusic 's epic Sleep, trying to relax

Why i like Lithgow. Tripped over coming back from the Plaza. Not only did people stop to check if i was alright, one drove me home

Insomnia as always. Trying to unwind to Moron Feldman's For Philip Guaton youtu.be/1__o-r_-mqY?si=7Vra…

#FamousLaatWords department: Day six without alcoholic hiccups. Hair washed, using the heater as a hairdryer. Batteries charged, more than ten kW hrs sent to the grid. A good day
