No. The actual rule is that if it's marketed and sold by the publisher as YA, it's YA. It's not when the protagonist is a teenager or when you don't like the novel.

Attended my local Church here and the priest was Indian, there were female altar servers, Protestant music and the majority of the parishioners were migrants. I left Mass in a state of deep anger and will probably never go back to that parish ever again. I despise all of it.
