So excited to be working on this project with @wildlandsnetwrk & @MojaveDesertLT. Our rescue dogs turned Conservation Dogs, Siska & Merlin are looking forward to getting paws on the ground & noses to the wind in search of genetic data on pumas & bobcats. 🦁🐕

Shamelessly hopping on this trend… Our Wildlife Detection Dog Teams: So chic right now. 💅🏽🐾😎

What arrived in mail from Australia? Our retired #ConservationDog, Filson just got fan art! 🥲 He’s featured in Andrea Rowe’s book, “Dogs with Jobs” for his work sniffing for endangered species & illustrator, Julia Murray sent him a print as a keepsake 💕 publishing.hardiegrant.com/e…

🙏🏾to everyone who reached out during the recent PDS (Particularly Dangerous Situation) Red Flag Alert in WA. All 20 of our dogs & staff are safe. We ran through our fire evacuation protocols in case of a Level 3 evac notice. Grateful to ALL the wildland firefighters. #wildfire

🐝 We've been bee-sy! Our #ConservationDog Echo recently detected not 1, but 2 bumble bee nests! Every nest detected helps researchers learn more about where these pollinators live. We're so proud of our Bumblebee Dog’s noses, helping uncover some of nature's best-kept secrets.

Meet our retired Conservation Dogs: our Grey Muzzle Club, our Old Guard. Adopted from shelters for their love of fetch, they dedicated their careers in service to wildlife. Pips (17) Winnie (16), Dio (14), Beckett (13), Filson (12). We 💗 you so much. You earned your couch time.

Safety 1st for our #ConservationDogs! Echo & Jax donned their @ruffwear Float Coats for coastal 🐺, 🐻 & puma research w S. Dixon, Marine Specialist at @pacificwild. 🙏🏾to First Nation “pawtners” for getting our Sniffer Dogs to the rugged shores where they could sniff for data.

We’re volunteering our sniff-pertise for coastal wolf, cougar, & bear research w @pacificwild. To offset fuel costs for First Nations providing boat transportation for our teams, head to: pacificwild.org/donate/ & select “𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵.” Every dollar matters 🙏🏾🥹 📸 S. Dixon
