I don’t have a fraction of the followers that Mehdi has, and yet I was able to spend half the time it takes to uncover that Mileikowsky was a locational surname consistent with Eastern European naming traditions.
In fact, often due to IMPOSED GOVERNMENT MANDATES (no surprise here), locational surnames became common among Ashkenazi Jews during the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
So why would it be surprising that Jewish migrants returning to their ancestral homeland would adopt Hebrew surnames, among many other ancient customs, to reflect their new reality and reclaimed national identity?

Debo decir que esta ha sido una de las entrevistas que más he disfrutado. Para los que les gusta la escatología, los métodos hermenéuticos, la teología, y estudiar la teología sistemática, esto les va a encantar.
Se nota la diferencia cuando uno conversa con alguien curioso por la teología, un pastor, un estudiante y un teólogo, aquí lo van a poder notar.
Traté de ponerlo sobre las cuerdas, preguntas difíciles sobre el rol de Israel en los últimos tiempos, los 1.000 años de Apocalipsis 20, los mitos contra el Dispensacionalismo. Y todo fue muy nutritivo.

I am not a dispensationalist, but I am pro-Israel.
Why? Because they are the only democracy in the Middle East and have stood steadfast with the West against the influence of radical Islam.
The notion that they are committing a genocide in Gaza is a lie as are the various conspiracy theories about their global plan to destroy the world. These libels are the currency of antisemitism around the world.
None of this means that Israel is above criticism (and neither is the United States for that matter). But it is to say that moral seriousness demands knowing the difference between friends and enemies of the West and of democracy.
Israel is clearly a friend of both.
