Introducing Kitten TTS V0.8: open-source TTS that fits in 25MB.
Three variants: 80M | 40M | 14M (<25MB)
Highly expressive. Runs on CPU. Built for edge.
No GPU? No problem. Ship voice anywhere.
Check it out:

Human researchers decide everything from compute and data spend to what experiments to run. To replace them, models need this judgement.
We’re introducing FrontierML, a benchmark testing how well agents use money to scale model performance on 21 challenging, end-to-end ML tasks.

Introducing Omnara: the open-source alternative to Claude Managed Agents.
Omnara is an API for creating and interacting with production-grade agents. You build the agent. Omnara handles hosting, durable state, sandboxes, permissions, secrets, and the rest of the production infrastructure.
Available now @omnaraai

Tether: a new oss project by @zackzbz that brings iMessage to Linux. Amazing!
Open-source Watermarks Remover by @guillaumemeyer has reached 18.9K stars!

We’re introducing intrinsic discovery, a new learning method that allows models to explore and learn from open-ended environments without human supervision.
Using intrinsic discovery, we trained a world model that surpasses GPT-5.6 Sol at simulating terminal environments.

You will not be able to guess what hardware this is actually running on:
Everyone's excited about @darkbloomai so let's talk about distributed AI. Since launching Aquaduck AI beta yesterday, P50 tok/s for top 3 models:
1. Gemma 26B A4B -> 66 tps (33tps on DB)
2. GLM 4.7 Flash -> 53 tps (not on DB)
3. Qwen 3.8 27B -> 17 tps (not on DB)
All powered by consumer hardware!
We were one of the first 20 devices on Darkbloom back in April, but we started @aquaduckai around the same time because we wanted more device inclusivity, speed, and model dynamism.
Love what DB is exploring and imagine our implementations will be very complementary. We optimize for different goals, like making use of every computer, not just the extremely capable ones. I think we'll be two meaningful projects for distributed and local AI.
If you're interested in trying out another implementation, set up your own mini AI cloud of compute or use our public one: aquaduck.ai
Use all major agents in a single product!

Proliferate supports all the major agents- Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Cursor, OpenCode. With all their native controls built in.
>> cursor was using 40GB of system memory
>> decided to switch to running agents on cmux
>> loved it
>> checked system memory
>> cmux uses 43GB
just imagine this thing running after you
