Roots Picnic is hands down the best festival I’ve ever been to. Nas, The Roots, Sasha Keable, Yasiin Bey, Common, Robert Glasper, Black Thought AND Floetry?! Spectacular scenes.

The Roots picnic @rootspicnic London day one was fantastic! Still trying to recover my vocal cords. Black Thought x The Roots, @jperiodBK on 1s and 2s, Benny the Butcher, Sa-Roc, Rapsody, Common, Mos Def/Yasiin Bey, @Nas. hip hop heaven. 🎙️ Black Thought is a fuckin' barbarian!

Roots Picnic Festival 2026, what an amazing line up. The Black Thought and J Period Mixtape session was incredibly entertaining. Rapsody definitely brought extra spice to the performances 💯🔥

Yesterday courtesy of the Roots Picnic Festival, I came across a refreshing artist called Nia Smith. And Nia is giving me musical talent, neo - soul, jazz.
