Our first summer seabird tour is here & is already a guaranteed departure! We've 3 pelagics from Mirbat, 1 boat ride to Al Fahal Island and 2 ferry crossings visiting Masirah Island & are targeting very rare seabirds.

1/2 - 2 of the 4 juvenile marshies at @RSPBotmoor are stunning partial leusistic birds! One mostly white and one half white with a black bar along it's wings. They have a lighter coloured gold cap too, amazing birds to see and I hope their feathers are strong enough @OOSbirding

Really disappointed with @trinityhouse_uk this morning. Despite being informed that their helicopters are disturbing breeding seabirds, they continue to fly low along the Skokholm coast, not even the most direct route to their destination.
