Perpetual preferreds have now funded 135,979 bitcoin, per Fidelity Digital Assets.
That's more than 0.5% of bitcoin's 21M supply, in just over a year since Strategy launched the first one in July 2025.
Over 95,000 of those bitcoin came from March to May 2026 alone, on more than $7B raised. For scale, spot bitcoin ETPs took in 888,185 bitcoin in their first year.
The category is about $12B so far, against a global fixed income market Fidelity puts near $150 trillion.
$STRC trades at $98.87 pre-market, just under its $100 par.
Holders collect dividends in dollars. The capital ends up in bitcoin.

Strive declared the first dividends on $SATS, one day after it started trading.
▸ $0.8710 a share for Oct. 21 to Nov. 9, paid Nov. 9 (record Nov. 6)
▸ Then $0.0658 every business day from Nov. 10 to Nov. 30
▸ Both at 15% a year on the $100 stated amount, per Strive's 8-K
$SATS closed its first day at $94.61, a ~15.9% yield on price.
With bitcoin near $83,450, the first payment is about 1,040 sats a share. Daily dollar income, from a balance sheet holding ₿36,818.
