Scott Jennings — once again — has to be the adult in the room on CNN as the panel melted down over Steve Witkoff describing Vladimir Putin as a “humanitarian.” Jennings listed the three crucial pieces of context that they were conveniently ignoring. As he pointed out, Witkoff wasn’t saying that Putin is a good guy. He was showing his appreciation after a diplomatic effort had secured the release of an American prisoner. Meanwhile, negotiations continued over something much bigger...finally ending the war in Ukraine.
