Massive week. Early starts, late nights, and Sur Paul McCartney with my young son. (Possibly best concert I’ve ever wren!)
Then, infusion day. I have so much work on that I had to take the laptop.
I’m pretty tired now. Reckon I’ll turn in.
Been quiet for a while.
Having a rough time with neuropathy. BUT, I said #fuckyoums and kept running.
How is very w?
Did what I’m told is the tenth hilliest @parkrunAU yesterday. Worst thing was it was in my home town so I knew what was coming!
So, the family and I are planning a massive trip at the end of this year. I’ll be away from home for 5 weeks, and want to be able to take my daily meds and supplements easily, but not take bottles. Any tips?
A new @parkrunAU this morning, ticking the ‘U’ off my parkrun alphabet.
Lovely course, but not the flattest!
Happy Saturday everyone.

Road trip! Heading away for a week to see my in-laws which will be nice. Let’s see how the hips got with 3,000km of driving this week.
Ultrasound this week showed possible impinged hip. Reckon it’s related to the neuropathy in my feet. Love this disease!
Not been saying much here lately. I’m cranky that this platform was doing so much good for me, and has taken a turn for the worst.
But, I checked and my mates are still here. Therefore, so am I!
This morning my ex Phys pushed me, rightly, to the point of technical failure. I was so frustrated at my inability to do what I still perceive as ‘easy’ things, giving no regard for disability.
45 years old today. Started it running with mates. Then coffee.
Having a sneaky lunch with my wife as well. #fums #luckybastard
Penny for your thoughts. We had our employee engagement survey rolled out a few months ago, and now I'm knee deep in the results.
In the demographics, disability was defined as 'an impairment that substantially limits a major life activity' I didn't' like it.
Thoughts?
I’ll be honest. My heart actually skipped a beat when I read this. What I wouldn’t give to have others not have to deal with this asshole of a disease

Serious pain levels today. Perhaps pushed it too hard yesterday.
I hate the fact that this disease is so random in when it decides to show up.
Just got off a call with an Employment Relations Lawyer to discuss a very tricky case.
It turns out that the advice I gave to the business was exactly what the lawyer recommended. It's nice to know that after 20 years of doing this gig, I know what I'm talking about! #releived
Today marked four years straight of 10,000 steps per day.
Nightlights included the time I had to do them all in my hallway due to torrential rain, and the time I was barely able to walk due to a massive MS flare.

Neurology review day.
Apparently a ‘model patient’. Happy I’m doing well, but I’d rather not be a patient at all😀
Another Saturday, another @parkrunAU
Happy with this as it felt like I was in control for just about all of it!
Happy weekend everybody b
Solid @parkrunAU this morning. I even surprised myself by being a it sensible on the back half and easing off the pace so I didn’t risk falling.
Happy weekend everybody
