In the foreground the Hallow Man stands. A large vampire god with six arm and an open ribcage that shows a dark heart in its center. It wears a dark cape which splits the image in half horizontally to show the side of Redfall covered in darkness and controlled by vampires which are floating in the air. The cultists that serve them stand beneath them among cult related structures that they have built. Finally, the Redfall logo is at the bottom of the image along with a signature of the artist.
