When we started we were hoping that our review update would serve as a baseline record of service user and carer experiences before reforms to the Mental Health Act were rolled out in the England and Wales. Now we don't know when reforms will come.

Hi Josh,
To date, the government has used £320 million of taxpayer money to indemnify the train operators against any losses on strike days.
