🌱 🏆 We're proud to share that RXO has received Amazon's "Excellence in Carbon Reporting" award at its Sustainability Supplier Summit in Paris!
Since late last year, our European team has worked with Amazon to build and automate a monthly CO₂ emissions report based on the GLEC framework. RXO is Amazon's first EU inbound carrier able to share monthly carbon reports at pallet shipment level.
Accurate carbon data is the first step toward more sustainable transportation. Congratulations to our EU team, and thank you to @amazon for the recognition!

Today, RXO announced that @CHRobinson intends to acquire our company, bringing together two of the strongest transportation providers in the industry. Together, we expect to create a scaled, end-to-end solution that moves freight from steamship lines to consumers’ doorsteps, all while expanding the capabilities, reach and value we can offer customers and carriers.
Until the transaction closes, likely in the first half of 2027, RXO and C.H. Robinson will remain separate, independent companies, and it’s business as usual.
