Ryan Benjamin started all 15 games as a true freshman long snapper at @KUBearsFootball in 2025. He handled every punt, extra point and field goal snap as the Golden Bears reached the NCAA #D2FB national semifinals. He did not miss a snap all season. His punt snaps typically came in around .68 to .70 seconds and consistently helped produce sub-2.0-second operation times. He was named special teams player of the game after Kutztown’s PSAC championship win over IUP and recorded a tackle in the playoff victory over Frostburg State. At Springfield High School, Benjamin was a team captain and a Rubio Long Snapping Top 12 participant. Rubio is the national camp and ranking service college coaches use to evaluate long snappers. He is a business administration and entrepreneurship major with a 3.2 GPA and received the Mid Atlantic Food Trade Organization Scholarship. Benjamin returns as Kutztown’s starter in 2026.
