what if we do a founding mint through the Anvil to fund the first season of an audience-owned studio/network?
we can use the money for the two things that matter: make great content and make sure people actually see it.
and I wouldn’t limit it to streams I don't think. it could be crypto, news, gaming, sports, comedy, a 10-minute mini doc, short form, one of these micro dramas, a competition format... whatever people want to make.
creators pitch ideas to get into season 1. and we also recruit popular existing IP.
we fund a slate of pilots like old school network tv. we give them production money and real marketing money. then see what people actually watch, share, talk about and bring their friends into.
the audience helps decide what deserves more money + promotion the next season.
it could be interesting to plug @themutualfun into the community/voting piece.
We also reward the audience big time... for example: if I find something early and clip it and then share it and bring 5,000 people in, I'm rewarded for that.... If I'm a loyal viewer/fan, I'm rewarded for that.
then once we’ve built real audiences around different shows/communities, sponsors and advertisers come in and that money goes back into more content, bigger prizes, more marketing and the next season.
Previous cycles' strongest trading economies were enhanced by streaming services linked to blockchain rails. So I figured Robinhood Chain could use its own, a place for users to discuss tokens, onchain stocks and new developments while also streaming to X.
Naturally, a Robinhood Chain streaming service should offer tipping in stock tokens, plus an NFT based social pass system where streamers get a private NFT gated chat with their pass holders and earn royalties on pass trading, à la friend tech. What if those passes could also be tokenized through the Anvil AMM? So I built it and deployed the contracts on chain!
The only question is whether I deploy this product myself as Clutch TV merged with Pager, or turn it into another fun experiment. I could run a simple Dutch auction priced in robinhood:0xe934e36a439c94017b64a3fece66af12099abf50, where the winner gets ownership of the smart contracts, and with it the protocol fees sent to their wallet. I would then hand over the turn-key software so they can host the streaming service themselves under their own branding, with an optional 10% discount if they launch a token for the service on Robinhood Chain paired with robinhood:0xe934e36a439c94017b64a3fece66af12099abf50.

The more I build on Robinhood Chain, the more I want to do two things. I want to give builders access and help birth new financial software, and I want to create a new type of smart wallet that feels like an investment app or a neobank, built on StonkBrokers infrastructure and Robinhood Chain stock tokens with a DeFi backend so thats what I'm going to do for our iOS and Android layer.
I buy stock through the brokerage account in my bank app, and I keep wondering why I am not doing this on chain. The reason is simple: people are afraid of losing their money to weak security. So I have decided to attack that problem head on.
Coming soon: tokenized funds, including funds that hold pair tokens which auto compound inside them, and a quantum protected vault that anyone will be able to create as their onchain DeFi investment account.
Today's wallets sign with elliptic curve keys. Every transaction reveals your public key on chain, and a large enough quantum computer could work backwards from that public key to your private key and move your funds.
Our vault will be secured by ML-DSA-44, a NIST post quantum signature standard. Its public key does not lead back to the private key, even for a quantum computer. You will be able to deposit ETH, any ERC-20 token or NFTs, and every withdrawal will need a valid ML-DSA-44 signature that the vault checks on chain. Your key will be created on your device and kept in an encrypted backup, so you can open the vault from any of your devices.

Books just went live. So how does it work? Books are Social Capital Markets built around stock token trading. Anyone can come in and launch their own Book, which launches a token that can be paired with $PONS, $AI, $STONKBROKER, robinhood:0x18e674231a58c239dc7daedcffe15ec3a24cff5c, $ETH or $CASHCAT.
Each Book starts with an anti snipe launch. The funds raised during the anti snipe window and 75% of the LP go into an ERC-6551 token bound account (TBA) linked to the Mancer DEX aggregator. Creators preselect up to 16 tokens they want to trade during their epoch, which can last anywhere from 7 to 365 days, and they can add two more Mancer verified tokens while the epoch is running. The goal is to generate as much profit as possible trading on Robinhood Chain.
In the video below I launched a 7 day Book, and I'll be trading several of the top Robinhood Chain tokens and stock tokens. When the 7 days are up, the Book token ceases to exist. Holders burn their tokens to claim their share of the TBA. Book tokens also bond into Uniswap v3 and v4 pools, so holders can stake to claim their share of the LP fees. The book creator gets to keep 20% of the net profit which they generate.
Traders will naturally need to start small and build a history as effective Book creators. Over time that should lead to larger launches, with the best traders in the space rewarded for top tier timing and execution, which improves the Robinhood trenches as a whole.

People think we are seeing tokenized stocks simply come on chain but what we are really seeing is a merging of financial infrastructure, I believe in 5-10 years the majority of IPOs will happen on chain (on Robinhood chain) as stock tokens and the best tokens launched on chain will be stock tokens, essentially Robinhood Chain becomes the decentralized NYSE.
