introducing the Apex Method Mentorship (4 spots left) 🔥
I’m stoked to launch this new 3-month cohort to help parkour coaches and gym owners scale, with my team Taylor Carpenter, Rob Schihl, & Autumn Goodridge
we start in 1 week (Oct 3)
10 people from 5 countries already joined. only 4 spots left, and then we’re closing enrollment until next year
comment APEX and I’ll share how to apply and book a call to see if we’re a good fit to work together
we just hit 400 members & 40 countries 🙏 📈

since 2006, I've taught parkour skills and strength training to thousands of people, including 25 athletes who went on to win national, continental, and world championships in parkour, chase tag, and ninja
I've also led 350 coaches through the Apex level 1 parkour coaching certification, and many went on to build their own successful parkour programs and gyms
if I were to coach you, what would you want me to help you with?
I wonder when robots will outperform humans on @apexspeedrun courses

if you haven’t figured it out by now, the entire US government is a huge mafia who launders our tax payer money right back to themselves through foreign aide and endless wars. They all hate us and could care less if we suffer and die, as long as they get rich.

felt good but couldn’t push too hard & risk reopening my scar

people on both the left and the right who are flabbergasted by what's going on are going to get metaphorically one-shotted by a group of young people who don't care about either side at all and basically just want to burn it all down because they think it's all corrupt and they see no gainful future for themselves
