Are you working on a new programmatic SEO project? I'm looking to mentor a few folks that are looking for guidance on best practices, tools, workflows, indexing, etc For context, I run several pSEO sites, pulling in over 500k organic clicks/yr. Plus I'm always experimenting with new formats for SEO/GEO these days Not asking for anything in return besides insight into how you think about it, as I'm be building something in this space soon If this is you, DM me!

We shipped 267 PRs last week. We're a team of two. Only one of us is technical. Together we run three profitable SaaS apps. Last week, two of our products had zero support requests. The third had two. We have fewer bug reports than ever. We ship more features in a week than we used to in five months. And the bugs we do have usually get caught before we deploy. All of our development runs through a team of agents: - One writes the tickets, with thorough detail and acceptance criteria. - One builds it. - One reviews the code. - One tests it before deployment. - One tests it again after deployment. I didn't look at a single line of code last week. We're moving faster than ever. We're turning around customer requests faster than ever. Building product has never been more fun.

DemandBird is now on the X Developer Exhibit. It's social media for agencies: every client, every channel, one place. Separate workspaces per client, drafts in each client's voice, client approval before anything goes live, and X analytics that show what's working. demandbird.com

When I shut down access to @gummy_search one of the first things I did was make an alternatives page Saw the search term "gummysearch alternative" spiking. Figured if anyone would profit from the shutdown, might as well be me 15-20k of affiliate revenue so far. Plus every Reddit founder in my DMs which has been kind of fun gummysearch.com/gummysearch-…

The almighty @saasmakermac shared his dev process with me yesterday. Here's some of mine. Messy, constantly changing, but fun! Featuring @AmpCode @humanlayer_dev @coderabbitai and AL 🫡 Also probably outdated by the time this video is encoded.

It appears I've created an autonomous software factory. These were all created automatically. They are all being implemented automatically, tested automatically, deployed automatically, and tested live on production automatically. Good night.

I can’t stress enough how little an idea matters compared to the agency of the people executing the idea. I have had the privilege of knowing and sometimes even working with some of the most successful people (by various metrics). The difference between mediocre and excellent work and outcomes is predominantly one of agency. In practice this means: they dont wait for things to happen to them they go out and make things happen for them. They don’t wait for someone else to do something, for someone to teach them, for someone to give them the path, etc. They just go out and find a way to do it. I think the single biggest superpower these people have is the realization/belief that the world around them is completely mutable. Most everything that happens is because a person made it happen. I used to tell people to look around the room you’re sitting in. Look at everything. Every noun. It almost all exists because a person willed it into existence. Nothing is stopping you from doing the same. I see people online all the time dismissing someone else’s success because “I had that idea first” or whatever. I mean… yeah? If so then the difference is… you. So a bit of a self own whenever I hear that. Number one tip: act with agency.

Now they're trying to act all ethical and responsible.

Thanks for saying this. These AI companies keep talking about how much damage these models can and will do, but fail to realize that also means they are admitting how irresponsible they are being. They want credit for creating powerful tools but then deflect the blame for any damage created onto the models themselves. It doesn't work that way.
I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.

I've had a 7-figure SaaS exit, solo. Since then I've built 3 more profitable SaaS businesses. But before any of that, I had dozens and dozens of failures. It wasn't until I surrounded myself with other successful entrepreneurs that things started to shift, and fast. To this day, having a community of other experienced people to help, and learn from, is invaluable. We inspire each other, get each other unstuck, and remind each other that we're not alone. This is why we started our own masterminds last year. They're small and mighty. If you could use some support (and we all can), and also want to support others, in a well-vetted environment, I invite you to apply. See you on the inside. wildfront.co/

I just made a page that shows screenshots of every screen in my app, desktop and mobile, organized by flow. Makes doing a ui/ux pass (manually or with an agent) significantly easier.

Having Claude migrate domains from one registrar to another, and renewing certs on production servers truly improves the quality of my life.

Nice to see some data points here... the reality isn't as bad as we seem to be hearing. Some are seeing SaaS margins flat or slightly down while others are seeing huge increases due to engineering velocity.
I'm curious. How do your net profit margins compare to last year. Up or down, and by how much?
