Kids are aging up into needing access to a computer so I bought a new laptop for myself & and kids get my old one. It arrived & I realized I don't own a USB-C jump drive for @OmarchyLinux so I had to wait a day to use it. My wife was amazed I wouldn't use Windows even for a night

Exploring options for moving my money out of @Fidelity because they keep blocking my account because I have a 3rd party managing my money. Give me the option to have them manage the asset allocation but not withdrawals. Give me read-only tokens for my UIs. Be useful...

WTF @CenterPoint? You tell me someone will be at my house by 8PM to turn my gas back on and now that it's after 8 and you haven't shown up, I call, spend 3+ minutes with an AI agent, only for it to tell me no one is there??

Follow up today: Spend more time with the AI agent only to be told you were closed. Called the emergency line and got some decent customer support. Get a refund on your AI purchase and give a bonus to your emergency support reps.

Last week, Austin cancelled sports leagues to save $400k Now, they are considering a new $480k contract for 'LinkedIn Learning Hub' ( which has training videos on stuff like excel for city staff ) Can we have staff watch free youtube videos instead and get the leagues back?

My kids, inspired by @DeepPocketMnstr videos, want to complete a set of Scarlet & Violet (not 151). Why are the booster bundles more expensive than any of the cards you can pull? The Gardevoir Ex #245 is supposedly the most expensive card at $70 but a booster bundle is $82

I sent neighbors a nice letter offering to buy their property so we can expand. It's a small property, has a house on it. We have a 5 acre lot next to it that I paid $1.1M for. These ppl told me they wanted $1.5M for their lot. Yea ok buddy

Seems like it would've been an easy win for @houstonpolice to have an officer or 2 at all the school zones during the first day of school. Drove through 4, got passed in 2, no one enforcing. Guess @houmayor cares more about cars than kids.
