According to the latest data, one mosque is attacked every five days on average. More than 78 attacks were recorded against 64 separate mosques across the UK over a 12-month period. These included serious violence, property damage, vandalism, arson, weapons offences, intimidation and hate speech. Also between 2020-21 and 2024-25, there were more than 55,000 suspensions linked to racist abuse at English schools.
