ash was the only trainer who could make bea smile during a battle. the way he motivates his rivals will forever be legendary 🙂‍↕️

ash still gets really excited and emotional whenever he thinks about caterpie/butterfree. since it was his first capture, it affected him a lot... i'm so glad they managed to reunite in the end!

ash always comes up with the most insane, unconventional strategies in battle. unmatched!
