.@TuckerCarlson has reached a level of absurdity that is going to get someone killed. He needs to stop this now. Someone who knows him well needs to intervene or he will have blood on his hands.
🚨 EXCLUSIVE — Tucker Carlson claims that a sect of Judaism called Chabad is ultimately behind the military strikes on Iran. This might be Tucker's most absurd claim to date. And it's yet another shot at Trump. Why? Well, @jaredkushner & @IvankaTrump have belonged to Chabad in DC, and Kushner helped lead the U.S. negotiations before the strike began last week. As for Tucker's rant about Chabad — which he helpfully spelled for his viewers — it is beyond preposterous. It's also dangerous — Chabad buildings and events have repeatedly been targeted by terrorists. For example, the horrific massacre last December at Bondi Beach in Australia, where 15 were murdered, including Rabbi Eli Schlanger, was a Chabad event. Tucker explained in tonight's monologue that the "real" reason for the strikes on Iran — meaning why Israel, in his telling, is forcing the U.S. to help topple the Mullahs — is to launch a "holy war" for the purpose of destroying the Al Aqsa mosque and the Dome of the Rock in the Old City of Jerusalem, in order to rebuild the Third Temple at the same site. And who does Tucker claim is behind this insidious plot — and thus the military campaign he called "evil"? Chabad. As anyone active in Jewish life knows, Chabad focuses on outreach to its own local Jewish community, particularly to more secular Jews who don't feel connected to a standing synagogue. But because Chabad is not known to almost anyone outside of the Jewish community, it makes for an easy target of dark conspiracy theories. That's why Candace Owens has made Chabad into a villain in her increasingly unhinged rants. But here is why this theory is as crazy as it is dangerous. Chabad is a loosely-knit collection of synagogues (and related community/educational centers), each run by a Rabbi and his wife, who stay in a given community or neighborhood typically for life. Far from being structured like, say, the Catholic Church, each Chabad House raises its own funds. Tucker's "logic" for his outrageous allegations is that Chabad wants to bring about the building of the Third Temple, known in Hebrew as the beit hamikdash. But... how does Chabad actually to bring about the building of the beit hamikdash? Through acts of kindness. Truly by doing good deeds in order to "merit" God rebuilding the Jewish holy site. In fact, Jews have for prayed for the rebuilding of the beit hamikdash — every single day — since shortly after the destruction of the Second Temple almost two thousand years ago. It is literally part of Jews' daily prayers. But it has nothing to do with tearing down an Islamic holy site, let alone starting a holy war. It's a prayer asking God to return us to the elevated state of spirituality that existed during the time of the Temple, and more importantly, for Him to send "Moshiac," or the Messiah. That Tucker would turn ancient Jewish prayers into some kind of sinister plot that is responsible for a very real and ongoing military campaign should be shocking. Sadly, though, it's not. But that doesn't mean that it isn't dangerous. Real people and actual families go to Chabad synagogues, and little kids across the U.S. and in other countries attend Chabad schools and preschools. It takes just one person already on the fringes to use this kind of rhetoric as justification for violence. That's not speculation. It has happened again and again — just in recent years. Yet Tucker is so blinded by his desire to take a swipe at Jared and Ivanka — because he knows he can't attack Trump directly — that he simply doesn't care.

The media should not just correct the story, but apologize. When was the last time the media apologized for the harm they have caused?
This is what a modern blood libel looks like: A sick child. A hijacked photo. A lie that spreads faster than truth. His name is Osama al-Raqab. He has cystic fibrosis, a serious genetic illness. He’s been in Italy receiving treatment since June 12. Israel enabled his medical transfer from Gaza. But that didn’t stop media outlets from weaponizing his image NOT to tell his story, but in order to smear Israel. Because when it comes to Israel, facts are optional. Hate always finds a headline.

There’s something about Israel that makes people uncomfortable, and it’s not what they say it is. They’ll point to politics, settlements, borders, and wars. But scratch beneath the outrage, and you’ll find something deeper. A discomfort not with what Israel does, but with what Israel is. A nation this small should not be this strong. Period. Israel has no oil. No special natural resources. A population barely the size of a mid-sized American city. They are surrounded by enemies. Hated in the United Nations. Targeted by terror. Condemned by celebrities. Boycotted, slandered, and attacked. And still, they thrive like there’s no tomorrow. In military. In medicine. In security. In technology. In agriculture. In intelligence. In morality. In sheer, unbreakable will. They turn desert into farmland. They make water from air. They intercept rockets in mid-air. They rescue hostages under the nose of the world’s worst regimes. They survive wars that were supposed to wipe them out, and win. The world watches this and can’t make sense of it. So they do what people do when they witness strength they can’t understand. They assume it must be cheating. It must be American aid. It must be foreign lobbying. It must be oppression. It must be theft. It must be some dark trick that gave the Jews this kind of power. It must be blackmail. Because heaven forbid it’s something else. Heaven forbid it’s real. Heaven forbid it’s earned. Or worse, destined. The Jewish people were supposed to disappear a long, long time ago. That’s how the story of exiled, enslaved, hated minorities is supposed to end. But the Jews didn’t disappear. They actually came home, rebuilt their land, revived their language, and brought their dead back to life — in memory, in identity, and in strength. That’s not normal. It’s not political. It’s biblical. There’s no cheat code that explains how a group of people return to their homeland after 2,000 years. There is no rational path from gas chambers to global influence. And there is no historical precedent for surviving the Babylonians, the Romans, the Crusaders, the Inquisition, the pogroms, and the Holocaust, and still showing up to work on Monday in Tel Aviv. Israel doesn’t make sense. Unless you believe in something beyond the math. This is what drives the world crazy. Because if Israel is real, if this improbable, ancient, hated nation is somehow still chosen, protected, and thriving, then maybe God isn’t a myth after all. Maybe He’s still in the story. Maybe history isn’t random. Maybe evil doesn’t get the last word. Maybe the Jews are not just a people… but a testimony. That’s what they can’t stand. Because once you admit that Israel’s survival isn’t just impressive, but divine, everything changes. Your moral compass has to reset. Your assumptions about history, power, and justice collapse. You realize you’re not watching the end of an empire. You’re witnessing the beginning of something eternal. So they deny it. They smear it. And rage against it. Because it’s easier to call a miracle “cheating” than to face the possibility that God keeps His promises. And He’s keeping them still.

Here's what haunts me about the Boulder, CO attack: If this had been the other way around—if a white man had firebombed a mosque while screaming ethnic slurs—this country would be on fire right now. We’d have task forces, blue ribbon panels, hashtags, every anchor on every channel would wear black ties and solemn tones. But a Jewish woman in her 80s, who survived the Holocaust, gets burned alive by a radicalized immigrant?  The media yawns and the “anti-racism” advocates scroll by in silence.

An incredible letter written by a non-Jewish Scottish professor to his students who voted to boycott Israel It's a response from Dr. Denis MacEoin to the motion put forward by The Edinburgh Student's Association to boycott all things Israeli, in which they claim Israel is under an apartheid regime. Denis is an expert in Middle Eastern affairs and was a senior editor of the Middle East Quarterly. Here's his letter to the students. TO: The Committee Edinburgh University Student Association. May I be permitted to say a few words to members of the EUSA? I am an Edinburgh graduate (MA 1975) who studied Persian, Arabic and Islamic History in Buccleuch Place under William Montgomery Watt and Laurence Elwell Sutton, two of Britain 's great Middle East experts in their day. I later went on to do a PhD at Cambridge and to teach Arabic and Islamic Studies at Newcastle University . Naturally, I am the author of several books and hundreds of articles in this field. I say all that to show that I am well informed in Middle Eastern affairs and that, for that reason, I am shocked and disheartened by the EUSA motion and vote. I am shocked for a simple reason: there is not and has never been a system of apartheid in Israel . That is not my opinion, that is fact that can be tested against reality by any Edinburgh student, should he or she choose to visit Israel to see for themselves. Let me spell this out, since I have the impression that those members of EUSA who voted for this motion are absolutely clueless in matters concerning Israel, and that they are, in all likelihood, the victims of extremely biased propaganda coming from the anti-Israel lobby. Being anti-Israel is not in itself objectionable. But I'm not talking about ordinary criticism of Israel . I'm speaking of a hatred that permits itself no boundaries in the lies and myths it pours out. Thus, Israel is repeatedly referred to as a "Nazi" state. In what sense is this true, even as a metaphor? Where are the Israeli concentration camps? The einzatsgruppen? The SS? The Nuremberg Laws? The Final Solution? None of these things nor anything remotely resembling them exists in Israel , precisely because the Jews, more than anyone on earth, understand what Nazism stood for. It is claimed that there has been an Israeli Holocaust in Gaza (or elsewhere). Where? When? No honest historian would treat that claim with anything but the contempt it deserves. But calling Jews Nazis and saying they have committed a Holocaust is as basic a way to subvert historical fact as anything I can think of. Likewise apartheid. For apartheid to exist, there would have to be a situation that closely resembled how things were in South Africa under the apartheid regime. Unfortunately for those who believe this, a weekend in any part of Israel would be enough to show how ridiculous the claim is. That a body of university students actually fell for this and voted on it is a sad comment on the state of modern education. The most obvious focus for apartheid would be the country's 20% Arab population. Under Israeli law, Arab Israelis have exactly the same rights as Jews or anyone else; Muslims have the same rights as Jews or Christians; Baha'is, severely persecuted in Iran, flourish in Israel, where they have their world center; Ahmadi Muslims, severely persecuted in Pakistan and elsewhere, are kept safe by Israel; the holy places of all religions are protected under a specific Israeli law. Arabs form 20% of the university population (an exact echo of their percentage in the general population). In Iran , the Bahai's (the largest religious minority) are forbidden to study in any university or to run their own universities: why aren't your members boycotting Iran ? Arabs in Israel can go anywhere they want, unlike blacks in apartheid South Africa . They use public transport, they eat in restaurants, they go to swimming pools, they use libraries, they go to cinemas alongside Jews - something no blacks were able to do in South Africa . Israeli hospitals not only treat Jews and Arabs, they also treat Palestinians from Gaza or the West Bank. On the same wards, in the same operating theatres. In Israel , women have the same rights as men: there is no gender apartheid. Gay men and women face no restrictions, and Palestinian gays often escape into Israel, knowing they may be killed at home. It seems bizarre to me that LGBT groups call for a boycott of Israel and say nothing about countries like Iran , where gay men are hanged or stoned to death. That illustrates a mindset that beggars belief. Intelligent students thinking it's better to be silent about regimes that kill gay people, but good to condemn the only country in the Middle East that rescues and protects gay people. Is that supposed to be a sick joke? University is supposed to be about learning to use your brain, to think rationally, to examine evidence, to reach conclusions based on solid evidence, to compare sources, to weigh up one view against one or more others. If the best Edinburgh can now produce are students who have no idea how to do any of these things, then the future is bleak. I do not object to well-documented criticism of Israel . I do object when supposedly intelligent people single the Jewish state out above states that are horrific in their treatment of their populations. We are going through the biggest upheaval in the Middle East since the 7th and 8th centuries, and it's clear that Arabs and Iranians are rebelling against terrifying regimes that fight back by killing their own citizens. Israeli citizens, Jews and Arabs alike, do not rebel (though they are free to protest). Yet Edinburgh students mount no demonstrations and call for no boycotts against Libya , Bahrain , Saudi Arabia , Yemen , and Iran . They prefer to make false accusations against one of the world's freest countries, the only country in the Middle East that has taken in Darfur refugees, the only country in the Middle East that gives refuge to gay men and women, the only country in the Middle East that protects the Bahai's.... Need I go on? The imbalance is perceptible, and it sheds no credit on anyone who voted for this boycott. I ask you to show some common sense. Get information from the Israeli embassy. Ask for some speakers. Listen to more than one side. Do not make your minds up until you have given a fair hearing to both parties. You have a duty to your students, and that is to protect them from one-sided argument. They are not at university to be propagandized. And they are certainly not there to be tricked into anti-Semitism by punishing one country among all the countries of the world, which happens to be the only Jewish state. If there had been a single Jewish state in the 1930's (which, sadly, there was not), don't you think Adolf Hitler would have decided to boycott it? Your generation has a duty to ensure that the perennial racism of anti-Semitism never sets down roots among you. Today, however, there are clear signs that it has done so and is putting down more. You have a chance to avert a very great evil, simply by using reason and a sense of fair play. Please tell me that this makes sense. I have given you some of the evidence. It's up to you to find out more. Yours sincerely, Denis MacEoin

Hundreds of Jewish students at @Columbia just published one of the most incredible student letters I have ever read. It's not only magnificently written, but it also clearly articulates their experiences on campus for the past six months. Their letter tells the story of what's it like being a Jewish student right now better than any professor like myself could ever do. Please take 4-5 minutes to read their letter. Give Jewish students a voice. docs.google.com/document/u/1…

Often times the best way to get perspective is to put yourself in someone else’s shoes. I just watched Screams Before Silence, a doc with before untold rape victim, witness, and investigator testimony from October 7th. The @Columbia, @Harvard, @MIT and other student protestors should be able to relate to the victims as the women interviewed are the same age and probably have shared similar life experiences, like the Nova music festival, up until October 7th. If you are going to call for a global intifada and/or describe the events of Oct. 7th as ‘resistance,’ you owe it to yourself (and to the victims) to understand what you are talking about. To the protestors: While you a camping out, take 54 minutes to listen to the victims and then pretend it happened to you, your sister or your closest friend. Now consider that 130 or more hostages are still being held, are suffering untold horrors, and among them remain 14 or so women. What if happened to you? Antisemitism is protean. Whatever you hate, you can transfer to the Jew. Today colonial-settlerism is the evil of choice, so Jews are colonial settlers. Nazism is a perennial hatred, so Jews are Nazis. If you hate communism, Jews are communists, if you hate Capitalism, Jews are capitalists. You can hate Jews because they are weak and stateless or because they are strong and ethno-nationalists. Because they wear 'regular clothes' and blend in or because they wear long black coats and sidecurls and refuse to assimilate. Because they are subhuman (the Nazis called them 'vermin') and because they are superhumans who control the world. Because they are resolutely secular or stubbornly religious. Because they went like lambs to the slaughter or because they fight too vigorously. The image of the Jew shapeshifts as a dark psychic threat in the hater's mind. The one thing the antisemite is sure of, however, whether marching at a Klan rally or just hanging out on campus: there is a good reason. They would NEVER hate Jews just because they are Jews.

Tough words for @POTUS on the Middle East situation from @ChrisCuomo that are a must watch.
President Biden, you're treating the war against Israel as if it were another political point of compromise. There is a primary reality: Hamas is a terror organization and they need to give the hostages back.

Many of my aunts and uncles didn’t flee #Iran as quickly as my parents did. They were older. They had multiple children. And they had established lives with businesses and homes. In many ways, they were also hopeful. “Maybe it won’t be so bad,” they thought. They were wrong. Seemingly overnight, the #Jewish schools my cousins attended fell under a new administration. Jewish teachers were fired and replaced with radicals loyal to the Islamic Regime. Each day in class, my cousins - some as young as 5 - and all their Jewish classmates had to stand up and recite “Death to America!” “Death to Israel!” as part of their morning ritual. If a child didn’t scream these phrases loud enough to the satisfaction of their sadistic teachers, they were punished. Parents were interrogated. If their answers weren’t satisfactory, they were imprisoned as “Zionist spies.” So the Jewish children made sure to scream these calls for death as loud as they could, to save their parents the wrath of the goons of the IRGC. And then, right on the heels of the Islamic Revolution, came the Iran-Iraq War and with it, the indoctrination of child soldiers into martyrdom. The IRGC drafted young boys, some as young as 9 years old, for mine-sweeping and other suicide missions. The children were given plastic ‘keys to paradise’ and promised that they would go directly to heaven if they died as martyrs against the Iraqi enemy. 9 out of 10 Iranian child soldiers died. An estimated 95,000 child soldiers were sacrificed by the Iranian Regime. My oldest cousin was 14. My aunt and uncle, desperate to save their son, scraped together what money they had to hire smugglers to sneak him out of Iran. The journey would take 2 weeks, with zero communication, and fraught with danger. Thousands who sought to escape via the smugglers never made it to their destination: killed or captured along the way. Their bodies lost to the desert. But staying was certain death. And so they sent off my 14 year old cousin by himself, praying they would be one of the lucky ones who would receive a phone call from their son in two weeks time once he reached Pakistan. It would be years before my aunt and uncle would be reunited with my cousin again. Today, we see the same sickening disregard for human life being carried out by the Islamic Regime’s proxy: Hamas. Islam is distorted and perverted to indoctrinate children into martyrdom and terrorism. Islamic Jihad and murder for the sake of “Allah” is glorified. Democratic countries like the #USA and #Israel are vilified. Because Hamas doesn’t care for Palestinians. Hamas is no more than Iran’s puppet. And Iran’s end goal is not Palestinian statehood, but the spread of radical Islam via the destruction of democracy. Israel, the only bastion of democracy in the Middle East, is just the Islamic Regime’s first target. This was NEVER about land. This was ALWAYS about the destruction of western values. And the war is already on our shores, in our schools, and in every violent Pro-Hamas protest we see in the streets. So 🔥WAKE UP AMERICA🔥 It’s time to smell the Jihad. Before it’s too late. #StandWithIsrael #TheWestIsNext #WakeUpAmerica #HamasISIS #HamasRapists #BelieveIsraeliWomen #BringThemHomeNow #IraniansStandWithIsrael

I just heard a story that left me truly speechless and gave me chills. A little background. Tziri Preis is a young woman who started an organization called InKredible Kids. In addition to her successful podcast, Tziri hosts daily Zoom meetings for kids to connect, talk, and build their self esteem. Every day, between 5,000 and 10,000 kids join the zoom. Anyway, on the Zoom two nights ago, Tziri invited an IDF solider who spoke to the kids, sang with the kids, and gave them an opportunity to feel this war on a more personal level. The soldier’s name was Noam and his stories and songs really inspired the kids but they also inspired Tziri, so she did something she never did before. After Noam was done singing, all the kids recited Psalms together and prayed for our soldiers. Instead of just saying the words, Tziri asked the kid who was leading the prayers to do something for her. She asked him if he’d be willing to say a certain verse with more strength, even shout it. Which verse? אלה ברכב ואלה בסוסים ואנחנו בשם יהוה אלהינו נזכיר It means: “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will make mention of the name of the LORD our God.” In other words, it means that we don’t only rely on our army. We rely on Hashem. She asked Moshe, the kid leading the psalms to yell those words. She never did anything like that before but she was feeling very emotional and spiritual, so she asked. He obliged. He yelled those words, and the thousands of kids repeated after him. The Zoom ended and everyone went on with their lives. Until the next morning. Like many of us, Tziri woke up to the news of the heroic rescue mission in which two hostages were rescued and brought home. She was getting tons of texts telling her it was her prayers that led to this. She thanked those people and didn’t make much of it. Until… She opened the news to hear more about this mission and the reports said that the rescue happened at 1:49 am, Israel time. That’s 6:49 pm, EST. Tziri had to check. What happened at that moment in the Zoom? Could it be….? Yes, it could. 6:49 pm EST, 1:49 am Israel time, thousands of children of all walks of life shook the heavens. They yelled to Hashem to please reveal Himself. They screamed as hard as they could that we are lucky to have the IDF, but Hashem runs the show. Hashem could not ignore them. That magical moment happened at EXACTLY 1:49 am Israel time as our heroes declared that they have our hostages in hand. I know some people have a hard time seeing God in all the darkness. Sometimes I do too. And maybe this is just a crazy coincidence, but also, maybe it’s not. I’m no statistics expert but the chances of those two events happening at exactly 1:49 am? I am thankful every day for our heroes on the front lines and I am thankful every day for Hashem who helps the IDF do what it needs to do to keep all His children safe. These children stormed the heavens and Hashem couldn’t ignore them. We all need to use the power of prayer to help keep our soldiers safe and achieve complete victory over our enemies. What a story. Thank you, Hashem!
