Live at #DeepgramSpeak: context bus demo. Mic, Flux, "eyes" via phone cam, painter agent w/ Van Gogh style, all on one shared bus. Agent saw the room & said "amazed" w/ TTS steering. @DeepgramAI

Building better voice AI should also mean giving developers more choices. Today at #DeepgramSpeak, @trydaily, the company behind the open source @pipecat_AI framework, is joining Deepgram. We're thrilled to welcome @kwindla, our new Head of Open Source, and his team to Deepgram. We’ve also co-developed the Real-Time Context Standard with @pipecat_AI, developed to help voice AI systems carry the context that makes conversations work. More on the vision we’re working toward together: deepgram.com/blog/daily-pipe…

.@GoogleDeepMind Gemini 4 Argon hackathon by @cerebral_valley: ~130 projects in the gallery, 9 honorable mentions I keep rewatching. One pattern emerged as i watch the demos: the model proposes (in this case mostly Google Argon or Gemini), something else like a checker agent gets to give thumbs up or down. A simulator that rejected a stunt. A verifier that stopped a migration. Red-team agents that beat a grader, 2 out of 4 attempts; and most teams printed the results. linkedin.com/pulse/honorable…

Introducing the Parallel Decisions API: the first web-grounded decisions engine. Decision models like Jev can answer in an instant, but they lack the recency of current news. Now you can get both in a single call. Decisions API is live today at $0.001 per request. Try it with 5,000 free requests: platform.parallel.ai/play/de… Here are some examples we've been experimenting with: - Fact-check content (@Grok is this true?) - Refresh stale banking records - Classify companies and leads with fresh signals - Backtest trading strategies - Track competitor e-commerce inventory

I’ve left Anthropic after more than a year of working on Claude Code and seeing it scale larger than I ever imagined. I have really loved working at Ant and believe deeply in the mission, and most of all, the idea of a race to the top. The idea that if we work hard and responsibly, we can raise the bar and inspire others to great outcomes. And if we all push each other to be better, things can be radically good. I will carry the spirit of this with me forever. My colleagues at Anthropic are the most talented, thoughtful, competent, and earnest people I have ever met. I am glad they are at the wheel and trust them deeply. To the community on X, thank you for everything. You’ve made this the most fun (and sometimes stressful) job I’ve ever had. For me, it is time for a bit of a break before diving into something new. If you want more excellent Claude Code content, you should follow @addyosmani , @lydiahallie, @_catwu, @ClaudeDevs and of course @bcherny who started it all.

6/7 3 threads across the day: verification (checkable proofs, formally verified guardrails) specialization (1 model vs a market of agents) memory (agents still lack a team’s unwritten theory of its code).

7/7 If the next architecture lets models remember, what will they remember? The finished proof or the drafts? The code or the unwritten theory behind it? & whose theory will it be?

In my new piece for @Forbes, I make the case that Transformers won’t be enough to get us to Superintelligence. They’ve taken AI extraordinarily far. The shift from models that retrieve to models that learn from experience will enable a wide range of applications that must reason reliably as information and constraints change, from cybersecurity incident response to real-time industrial operations. Our own bet is that the next leap in AI reasoning won’t come from making transformer-based models bigger. It will come from building AI that remembers, reasons and becomes more capable with use. These systems will bring structural efficiency to the picture. Transformers defined this era of AI. That doesn’t mean they get to define the next one.

Congrats to TypesafeAI on the Series A! At the first ever Jevathon, we watched developers build some seriously impressive apps on their new System One model. Can't wait to see what's next!
we told @a16z we wanted to put intelligent software everywhere they asked how much compute that would take we said Uh Yes. announcing our really big Series A
