30 days.
That's all I needed to get my web app to the top of Google.
Doing this used to cost 10s of thousands of dollars and months of work.
Not anymore.
The problem most people face with SEO is that they deeply, *deeply* overcomplicate it.
Not me. Never have.
There's a reason why the most technically-sound SEOs aren't the ones who make the most money.
If you want my step-by-step breakdown on how I achieved this in 30 days just RT this post, Like it and then comment "30 days" and I'll send it to you.

Performing 10 bodyweight squats every 45 minutes during an 8.5-hour period of sitting improves blood sugar regulation better than a single 30-minute walk
That's the power of "exercise snacks"
Especially when timed 30 minutes to an hour before or after a meal
Remarkable for improving postprandial glucose regulation

I love our family writing routines with dimmed lights, silence or jokes, jazz music or crickets in the background. No screens and going to sleep not later than 10✌🏻✨

I don't know about you, but my main problem is not knowing how to improve my life, but rather forgetting about the ideas I come up with. To overcome this, I've designed a workflow in my journal to track my thoughts when they occur and keep them in front of my eyes. @tana_inc
