For most of the last century, companies hired serious designers, illustrators, and artists for the most boring document they published: the annual report.
I built an archive of 3000+ of them, spanning 1945-1991.
Designers : how do you leverage AI tools to go from a loosely defined design to a fully fledged and organized design system ?
So almost Fable 5 perf at 50% cost. Am I reading that right ? #opus5

Sometimes all a designer needs is another designer saying, “Your rejected version was the better one” 🫶
Oh well it was fun while it lasted. Thankfully we have @MistralAI in France 🤣
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

Everyone and their grandma are talking about loops but nine times out of ten it’s slop.
Who’s got the good stuff on this topic ?(short, technical, straight to the point)

4 ways to get compete for startups (TLDR):
1) Government-mandated products(if you have connections, your products are picked in)
2) Once humans let AI decide what products to pick, it'll be possible to reverse engineer it and hijack those picks.
3) Human identity purchases (this is what you, Marc and other "branded" makers do. Some users buy from you because it makes them feel good, cuz they admire you.
4) Paid placements inside AI (it'll be possible to pay to big llms and be recommended or picked by LLMs in relevant scenarios (the game of a capital, cuz these ads gonna be expensive)
