@SteveGamecock could use some prayers. He has pneumonia again and has cracked 2 ribs, possibly when he fell jumping over the wall Saturday night after the win. He's at the ER but they are sending him home with meds.
Amen. We need this.
🚨 JUST IN: SecWar Pete Hegseth just launched a new program that lets troops become CHAPLAINS without leaving the military, and the service branch PAYS for seminary
ONE NATION UNDER GOD!✝️🇺🇸
"Chaplains are the moral backbone of this military."
"For years, a war fighter who felt called to the chaplaincy had only one [option]: take off the uniform, pay for seminary yourself, and then hope you can find and fight your way back in. We lost a lot of those great Americans, good warriors who wanted to answer God's call. But not anymore."
"President Trump's Department of War will not make you choose between the uniform and your calling."
- Active duty with a bachelor's degree — you stay in uniform
- Earn your graduate theological degree
- Keep your pay, allowances, and benefits
- Your branch covers the tuition
- Return to the force as a chaplain
"Be strong and very courageous. Your flock awaits."
It's the first win for Hegseth's new Office of Religious Affairs, and Congress passed it with bipartisan support
Faith is BACK in our military!
This is exactly what I voted for. No wonder morale is at an all-time high.

I met @dawny005 right here over 5 years ago, and she became one of my dearest irl friends. Now I’m asking Gamecock Nation & beyond to rally around Dawn and Jimmy. Every donation & share helps. Let’s bring the Sandstorm! gofund.me/0b43e8ba0

Sellers just treated three Tennessee defenders like traffic cones and still scored. That’s not a touchdown, that’s a statement.

Here’s part of the statement from Hibben UMC
This is Hibben's 25th year selling the gourds from New Mexico. Each year, tens of thousands of dollars in proceeds are given to local and state nonprofit organizations. The church has been the highest pumpkin seller in South Carolina twice in recent years. This success is due to our generous community and their desire to help others.
Losing a large portion of this delivery will definitely affect this year's sales and what we are able to give back. Hibben still has pumpkins though and we encourage the community to come out, buy a few pumpkins, and support those around you. Any donations can be made to the church office or at hibbenumc.org.
Again, Hibben UMC wants to thank our neighbors for their continued support these 25 years!

Most of you haven’t even figured out how to merge onto the highway. Please leave the flying cars to the competent drivers like me, and maybe five or six other people.
