Notable: The Secret Service did not post up to sweep the full golf course ahead of Trump because Acting Director Rowe says Trump's visit was unscheduled. So they exercised an "emergency" plan. "The president wasn't even really supposed to go there. It was not on his official schedule. And so we put together a security plan, and that security plan worked," Rowe said. The suspect's cell phone was in the area for about 12 hours before he was apprehended.
