One of my biggest w's in my first year of ecom is an ad I created in 5 minutes & it generated $239k in revenue within 4 months. Often the creatives you least expect to work end up being the ones that help carry the account the most & although it's a win, it's really fucking annoying lol

Video Editors 🚨 This WILL impact your video editing career. Don’t forget your value. If this feature works well, 2–3 variations will become the new standard for YouTube videos. Do NOT do this extra work for free. I can already see creators expecting multiple versions with different hooks, intros, pacing etc. for an extra couple of dollars, or expecting it for free. In the Ecom/Meta ad editing space, variations are already part of the workflow, and editors are paid for the additional creative output, flat rate + rev/spend %. Don’t undersell yourself or let creators shaft you just because it’s a “new feature”. If anything, this update should make your work MORE valuable, not less. GLHF 👏
VIDEO A/B TESTING IS COMING TO YOUTUBE You can upload 3 versions of the SAME video Different hooks, different pacing, whatever you wanna test and YouTube tells you which one kept people hooked the longest so you can make it the main one For Shorts and Long Form!

Nature's Spell has thousands of TikTok videos posted about them every week. The crazy part is almost all of the revenue comes from about 30 people. 👇

Busy week. The run up to pay day sales + bank holiday + Q4 prep. June-August has a history of being slower months for this brand, so we overloaded creative testing and unlocked new angles & formats. Overall it has been an insane summer with sales, we even unlocked retail. Now just making sure the ad account is still in a good spot for when Q4 comes round. Volume ⬆️ iterations of winners ⬆️

27 today! Crazy to think it’s been 14 years since I started dabbling in YouTube content, I would have never guessed Skate 3 montages would take me on the path I’m on today. 😂 let’s see what this next year brings in e-commerce 👀

Worth saying this doesn't mean you stop sampling new people once you've found your 30-40. People will come and go and you always need to be looking for new value.

10/ Which is probably why the top 30 don't get treated like an affiliate list, they get treated like people. Dinners, office visits, previewing new products before anyone else sees them. You should know their names, you should know what house they just bought.

11/ Basically past a certain point, TikTok Shop stops being a volume game and turns into a power law game. The brands winning aren't sending the most samples. They're the ones who actually know their best 30 people.
