A great example of how Tsuji's whole aesthetic is confused or undefined
Just another example of the real time decay of culture and community in all areas of life stemming from the demon dog heads of tech and private equity
Alexander Hernandez admits it's disappointing that genuine interactions with fans have been reduced to shallow talk about parlays:
“The saddest thing in the world is you get done with a fight, you're in the airport, and no one just comes up to you to say they're a fan or ‘great work.’ They say, ‘You hit my parlay,’ or, ‘Man, we cashed out.’
It's the saddest demise of just sports enthusiasts and the interaction of fan and athlete. The whole makeup of it is just getting sadder and sadder.”

If it seems true then he should cite something. That's all. Why would that be hard?
I think men mostly read men but I don't really know if women mostly read women! It seems perfectly plausible that they read more 50/50.
The kind of bold move that TNA should be making
Zuckerberg is the biggest fraud in this tier of elites. Never launched a successful product, clearly just following the affectations and initiatives of his peers, gets to cosplay as some visionary despite having no cred
You can tell Regal wants to talk about wrestling and then halfway through his posts he remembers what social media is and pre-emptively tells everyone to buzz off
I’m on a plane going home from Mexico and on it with Pac. 1 of my favorite people in the Wrestling. IMO the best Wrestler to come out of England since the 80’s and they were Rollerball Rocco, Marty Jones and Fit Finlay. That’s no knock on the incredible UK talent around today but I come from a time and style where being credible was part of the job. Pac is the only wrestler that when I see him wrestle I think he can beat me up and his wrestling is so much more aggressive and credible. Again, there’s brilliant UK wrestlers who I rate highly and am huge fans of but not as much as him. That’s just me and my opinion. Neville v Aleister Black from the UK tournament in Blackpool is one of my favourite bouts I saw live in the last 20 years. Last nights Roman v Penta rates up there with it. No need to argue as I don’t read comments.
A great young indie talent that was starting to feel like he would get lost in the shuffle. Committing to this path should help him set himself apart and, hopefully, help him surpass his peers.

You wouldn't ask some obscure art house film maker what's the point of their work if it's off-putting and not making blockbuster money. But you'd understand something about their process might someday trickle down to a Tarantino film, etc etc.

Can you imagine if Democrats made every utterance at an evangelical or prosperity church a national debate or scandal? Like, if you just clip something a megachurch pastor says, would the right self-discipline and regulate their ranks?
This sucks, the worst possible way to fit everyone on the card
Tony Khan says the AEW World Trios Championship match at All In will be a Trios Roulette Royale. Seven trios will compete until one trio, or members of that trio, are remaining
• Hangman & Brodido
• The Bang Bang Gang
• The Dogs
• The Demand
• Death Riders
• The Conglomeration
• A wild card trio that he is working to bring in
The match will air on the Buy-In

"Woke" doesn't just disappear like a diffused societal fart. After years of ideological nonsense, it's baked into the culture and lexicon, much like sky-high inflation: it might cool down, but it leaves prices way higher and consumers worse off.

Is this supposed to be good critique? It's just hot takes reiterated over and over, no dissection of things actually happening in the match like you guys do. Yeah, I guess it's good we don't deal with him then.
Between this and Corbin/Trick, is WWE just testing out their modern midcard against their 2016 midcard to see if they had it right before?
Big Cass looks GREAT.
I wonder what happened to Enzo since they were supposed to come back together at one point.

Amazing run for the ‘playoffs are about who is a bitch and who is not’ theory. I, for one, absolutely love this version of hoops w super athletes beating the shit out of each other. It’s why flopping is such an affront to this vision.

That amount + non-US media deals+ tickets and merchandising, it's not out of the question. It would be a reasonable estimate, and if they wanted to reach profitability they could easily cut half the roster. We're never going to get an audit of expenses from a pvt co.
TKO may be engaging in some reputation-damaging behaviour, but unfortunately all they need to do to convince people that they've reversed course is to fire some middle manager and say everything is different now. Endless reputational reboots for this company.
Woods and Kofi knew this shit was fried btw. There’s a lot of long time vets that have seen the company around them morph, not loved what it’s become, and have actively questioned their place in the new landscape.
There are wrestlers there that’d always seen themselves as lifers now coming to grips with the reality that that’s no longer likely, and are gearing up for the next step as it continues to become more and more plainly clear that WWE is no longer a wrestling company, for the wrestlers, for the boys.
