Samuel Santiago Riascos, 21, residing in Eagan, is in custody on a warrant in a felony carjacking case charged in April, including six other counts of robbery, theft(2), stolen property, fleeing, and assault.
He failed to show up at a hearing in Sept after being out of custody on zero bail.
The carjacking and assault occurred in north Minneapolis.
During his arrest interview, Santiago Riascos told police, "I have been doing this shit since I was in pampers!"
When police filed to get a warrant for DNA, Santiago Riascos became upset and said, "You are now playing with my time...I swear to God! Fuck all the extra charges. I am gonna have three more charges! Spitting on you officers! Fucking you officers up! And there is gonna be assaults!" And added, "Take this as a threat if you want. I don't care."
After all that, he was let out on zero bail by Judge Juan Hoyos.

A group of approximately 15 young Catholics was violently assaulted by several dozen individuals near the entrance to the Saint-Romain fair in Rouen, northern France.
The attackers shouted “Dirty gwërs,” a derogatory term for non-Muslims, and “Fascists” while assaulting the group.
One attacker reportedly told a victim: “I'm Muslim, I'm 16 years old, and I'll f*ck your mother.”
Several victims required hospital treatment.

I can’t understand a word of it. Again, this is Fairfax County Northern Virginia.
She shrugs and keeps walking. A black dude follows her out. The Indian guy says some stuff to him. He appears to be homeless. He gestures toward her direction with resignation, shakes his head and shrugs. It’s clear they’re regulars and this guy deals with them every day.
“Let me know when you’re coming,” my wife texts me.
I’m picking her up two minutes down the road. My kids are at daycare another ten minutes drive later.

🇬🇧 Young Bob was just punched in the face by a suspected member of faculty while giving a speech near London's UCL university, only days after being assaulted in Cambridge.
Shocking part is Young Bob himself has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of affray following the violence.
Clearly, it would take an attempt on Young Bob's life for the London police to consider treating him as a victim of anything. 😡
