It seems like whatever decision comes out of this will effect all prediction apps. (Kalshi, Polymarket, etc.) DK only offers prediction markets (only very recently) and fantasy sports in FL. Also, Hard Rock Bet needs competition. (example - player props are generally -115 on each side)

Breaking news: Seminole Tribe of Florida has filed a 72 page complaint in Broward Co, Florida alleging Draft Kings is running an illegal gambling operation in Florida, in violation of Hard Rock Bet’s exclusive gambling license. Draft Kings CEO Jason Robins also sued personally.

Computer crashing at the wrong time - couldn’t see cards a few hands and kept timing out/dropping connection. Had to wait for break to restart. Was so tilted when down to 6 handed. 🤷‍♂️
