A big win for our region! Proud to attend the groundbreaking for Penn State Behrend’s Center for Manufacturing Competitiveness. I worked hard to help secure $8 million in state funding for this project, which will strengthen manufacturing, support jobs and drive economic growth!

Protecting private property rights and supporting our game wardens go hand in hand. I introduced Senate Bill 1431 to ensure landowners’ constitutional rights are respected while allowing wardens to continue their important work. I’m proud to see my bill reach the governor’s desk.

Private property rights matter. My SB 1431 passed the Senate unanimously! It would require Game Commission personnel to obtain a warrant before entering private property unless a legal exception applies—respecting landowners’ rights. Next stop: the House!

I joined city officials today to highlight more than $1.17 million in LSA funding for Erie — supporting roof replacements at Engine 11 and Engine 13, community policing vehicles, and a new public works milling machine.

One step closer to passing Aimee’s Law! SB 1311 has advanced from the Senate Judiciary Committee. The bill would create a statewide animal abuse registry. I’ll keep working to protect animals and hold abusers accountable.
