Here is an image of the whte frozen propellant seen building up on outside of stage during ascent burn. It was on the subsequent burn that the explosion happened.

BRILLIANT! The Starship managed to land vertically onto the Indian Ocean despite having a pretty much shot through control flap. Our congratulations to the SpaceX team. It means that fully reusable rockets are possible.

11 April 2024 - Angara A5/Orion (Persei Upgr) - Vostochny carrying: Angara 5 GMM KA MASS SIMULATOR (dummy – GEO bound). Launch had two prior scrubs. This was the first launch of the Angara A5 from the Vostochny Cosmodrome (rebuilt Svobodny). Previous flights were from Plesetsk.
