ALT It is now time to stop pretending Covid is over, that it is a cold, and that it is 'mild'. It is time to accept it is still here, still infecting millions, and every ‘mild’ infection is not only damaging your body but also increases the risk of long Covid. 90% of long Covid comes from 'mild' Covid. You do not need to keep getting sick. Get the vaccine updates and wear a respirator mask (ideally N95). No big deal. No more effort than putting on a hat. Put it on before going to other places than your home. That’s it. It stops you from inhaling Covid since it floats in the air like invisible smoke. It also prevents you from spreading Covid if you have it but have yet to have symptoms.
