@McDonalds I don鈥檛 know who needs to hear this, but if your store fails to deliver a paid order within an hour鈥檚 time to a customer present at the restaurant, that鈥檚 a big problem. For customer service to refuse to refund the order or intervene in any way is unacceptable.

Have you alerted the customers who opted into the program that you鈥檙e not complying with the terms they agreed to? Seems pretty important.
