The latest chapter in the WeWork story is not easy reading. Expansion in 2018-19, RFs now used and 1/2 of its UK leases (1.4 m sq ft) up for rent review over the next 18 mths, could mean its UK rent bill goes over £200M by the end of '24, tough negs are coming!
