Use your Sundays wisely. I use mine to decompress by utilising as little technology as possible. I occasionally follow a 'no WhatsApp' rule on that day, to avoid any unnecessary stimuli. Every time I've done so I've felt fresher and more enthusiastic come Monday morning.
