You remove person for mask mandate,yet your mangr has his under his nose &caused us5 hr delay on plane &2refueling with us still on ground!ur lack of scheduling caused 3 pilots &2 flight attendants 2have 2get off the plane 4working 2 many hours leaving us stuck for 5hrs w noWAter
