Access to information is a right for all Kenyans. Murang'a County did not upload #CFSP, hence this means that citizens cannot be able to understand what ceilings have been set for each sector

I think accountability is athing that county govt has greatly failed we need wake up as citizen n keep our govt on toes , if the citizens can be trained on budget making process , I think budget transparency shall have upwards trajection growth

The County Fiscal Strategy Paper gives the Performance, Priorities, Projections and Ceilings. The most important thing is that it gives FINAL CEILINGS of allocation for each sector. Failure to upload means citizens have no idea on PRIORITIES. @County19Nyeri @NyeriAssembly
