10K relocation stipend for each PGY-1.
Guaranteed minimum salary of
$100K for PGY-1
$110 K for PGY-2
$117K for PGY-3
No fellow should be making less than $125K.
Residents and fellows add too much value to the bottom line of the hospital system.

It’s Monday after match week and if you are an #UNMATCHED applicant, you might feel that everyone else moved on, except you. It can feel isolating.
Always remember, it’s not over until it’s over. Scramble! Don’t give up! You might still get a position before July 1st 🙏🏻

What a foreign grad’s journey may look like: 1-5 years’ research, unpaid and may be paid years of hardwork, adjusting in a new country, homesickness, trying to ‘fit in’, exploring new places and a new version of self. It’s all worth it #Match2023 Welcome future #Radres
It feels so weird to be on the other side, but I think the best experience I got from not matching last year is being more empathetic towards fellow qualified physicians who did not match.
