this happened to me last week. i watched them kick an elderly lady off while kids acted like they were asleep, soundtracked by a recording of jenny slate chirping, “hi! welcome to the MTA!”
someone mentioned this #onhere many years ago. i read it while lying next to my dude at the time. i didn’t believe it so i tried it out by whispering, “Samue. L. Jackson. Samue. L. Jackson.”
then i heard dude whisper back to me, “Jackie. Marlon. Tito. Jesse…”
making myself watch a selection from my “i’ve been meaning to see that!” list.
“the night of the hunter” comes in HOT.
my favorite part of this performance is ad rock old-man-shuffling over to the stage, then as soon as he starts rapping he’s moving smooth as silk. love it.
