Segun yo esto es una manera de decir que dicho personaje no esta al nivel de All Might tanto en poder como en ser un héroe. Midoriya nunca tuvo un panel donde recrease la pose como tal. Lo mas similar es el panel final de la segunda Guerra.

I find it interesting that Deku never attempts to replicate Allmight victory pose especially when both Endeavor and Bakugo tried to. For me it shows that Deku moved past maintaining Allmight standard and moved to create his own.
