Elsewhere it's quiet. Ukraine is advancing slightly in Mykolaiv, Kherson. A little as well near Kyiv, Kharkiv. Russia's losses have started increasing again. Ukraine has been successful in taking out Russian convoys and aircraft.

New American weapons package for Ukraine is good, in addition to new British MANPADs and possibly more S-300s (SA-10s) from Slovakia. The next and very urgent step is coastal defense missile systems for Odessa. Russia is still looking for an amphibious landing opportunity.
