Help @WestMidRailway can you please ask Wolverhampton to hold the 21.13 to Shrewsbury. We are on the @AvantiWestCoast following it into Wolves after being advised by there guard to stay on till wolves as our train will leave New Street before but they didn’t 🙄🙏

@WestMidRailway these new trains to Shrewsbury aren’t very reliable. Sat in Wolverhampton in complete darkness and yet again going to be late 🙄
It gets worse @WestMidRailway you leave us on the train and then announce on the station tannoy that the next train for Shrewsbury is on Plt 2 leaving nobody any chance of getting over the bridge in time. Poor customer service from your platform team, not bothered at all.
