Why Jesus Christ? Because no one else died for my sins, resurrected, and made me alive unto God so I walk in Newness of Life in Christ! Amen, Glory to GOD ALMIGHTY!

Remember, Noah was in the flood...but he had a boat. Why did he have a boat? Because he listened to The Lord, and took action. God does not spare His people from discomfort, but He does offer them a way to get through it...You just have to listen, then act on His commands.

So, basically, 500 million Europeans expect 300 million Americans to protect them from 120 million Russians who can’t even defeat 40 million Ukrainians while those 500 million Europeans don’t even realize they are being conquered by 2 billion Muslims who claim they are being persecuted by 8 million Israelis. Is that about right?

My fellow Americans,
Something broke in the Democratic Party.
Their love of country has gone missing.
Giving other people basic human dignity seems no longer necessary to them.
What is right and wrong now depends on who has committed the wrong and why?
Reason has given way to rage. Persuasion has been discarded for violent rhetoric and actual violence.
Fraud, theft and voting irregularities and illegal voting now seem acceptable to them. Even justified.
Leftists have more sympathy for criminals than for the victims of their crime.
Their empathy for their fellow Americans must only be given to those with the same political beliefs.
This unique American system of government with its checks and balances that has provided the greatest level of freedom and prosperity the world has ever known, they feel is now dispensable.
What they offer to replace it is a socialist nightmare that has been responsible for the deaths of over 100,000,000 people in the 20th century.
Perhaps even worse, the Left now flirt with the dangerous and Western Civilization enemy, Islam, which is completely incompatible with American freedoms, our constitution, women rights and gay rights, religious freedoms and free speech.
An actual Hamas terrorist supporter, supported by the designated terrorist group, the Muslim Brotherhood, is running to be the next Senator of Michigan and may very well win.
I remind my fellow Americans that our freedoms are inalienable and given by God and were fought and died for by patriots with their own blood.
While the Republican Party is far from perfect, they will keep our borders closed from people who intend to harm our fellow citizens. Unlike Democrats, they will continue to protect our God given liberties and our Constitution and our system of justice and government.
So I beseech you to do your duty and vote like your life, and your children’s life and freedoms depend on it.
Because they do.
God bless you and your family and God bless the United States of America! 🇺🇸
Love,
Rob Schneider

Most people just react to what they feel.
But every feeling is a chemical event in your brain.
If you never learn to interpret those events properly, you’ll spend a lot of your life saying “I’m sorry."
The second commandment of Self-Brain Surgery is this:
"Feelings are not facts. They’re chemical events in my brain."
Our culture tells you to “live your truth,” “follow your heart,” and “believe whatever your body tells you.”
Neuroscience and thousands of years of scripture agree: not everything you feel turns out to be real.
Your brain can’t always tell the difference between what’s actually happening and what you’re imagining.
So here’s the shift:
Stop being the subject of your feelings. Start studying them like a surgeon. Sit with them. Think about them. Biopsy them. Operate on them.
We call that Self-Brain Surgery.
Learn to operate your brain so it stops operating you.
You’ll make fewer mistakes, say “I’m sorry” a lot less, and live with more peace.
Save this for the next time the feelings are bossy, and shade it with someone who needs it.
Hit follow if you want to build a brain that knows feelings aren’t facts.

Good morning.
Stretch, move your body, get sunlight, read your Bible, pray.
Tell your brain how you intend to proceed through your day. You can't control the circumstances you'll face, but you can prepare how you'll respond.
Remember you're armed for the fight: II Timothy 1:7 says you don't have a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.
Let's scrub in, and get after this day.

When your mind keeps spinning worst-case stories, your amygdala takes the wheel.
That's the alarm system. It is great at sounding the siren and terrible at solving the problem. Your frontal lobes, the part that plans and chooses, get quieter every time you rehearse the spiral.
Ask one question out loud: "What if it works out?" Then name one true thing and one thing you're grateful for. That's Self-Brain Surgery.
David knew this long before brain scans: "When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy." Psalm 94:19.
Operate on it today. The next time worry starts writing the script, interrupt it with "What if it works out?" and turn the knob toward gratitude.
Which worry keeps stealing your peace?
Comment it, save this for the spiral, and send it to someone who needs a better rehearsal.

A2. As is often the case, the Lord looks upon the heart and the motives behind actions. Even if someone is not in your group, they may still be working for the cause of Christ separately, or at least not hindering the work of Christ.
Q2 Interesting way to put it: "he who is not against us is for us". How would you interpret this? #HealthyFaithChat

Nothing Changes
If you feel stuck and unable to make progress, here's the truth I have discovered after decades of studying brain science, and surviving multiple traumas in my own life, including the loss of my son:
Nothing changes until you change something.
I lost a lot of time waiting to feel better, thinking I could only change after my emotions did. But what I discovered was that you never feel better enough to change your actions, but as soon as you change your actions, you start to feel better. Change doesn't require perfection, it requires interruption.
And that type of change, that type of initiative, doesn't calm until you begin to change things that you think about and the ways that you think about the situation you've been in.
That's why Romans 12:2 tells us not to be conformed to the pattern of the world, which is a constant focus on our circumstances and feelings, but to be transformed by of our minds.
Once you understand that your mind is in charge of your brain and know what you think about can change how your brain works, you can be truly set free the partner with God in going after the life he's calling you to.
And if you feel like you can't hold it all together, I have good news: you were never supposed to. Colossians -20 says that in him everything is held together.
Nothing changes until you change something. As soon as you're ready to change your mind, you can change your life.
Your creator is ready to help you, your brain is designed to heal, grow, and change, and we're counting on you.
Save this for the next time you feel stock, and share it with a friend who needs to know that nothing changes until we change something.
