All three have been “poached” three times in the last 18 months because the demand for electricians is crazy high.

An American fighter emerges victorious…
His opponent does not get knocked unconscious or carried out. He retires on his stool. He effectively concedes. The contest ends through surrender rather than destruction.
The old order is not violently overthrown. It simply reaches a point where it can no longer continue.
The opponent, (foreign-born champion who entered undefeated at 17-0, yes 17) remains present, but relinquishes the contest; the fight did not end with a referee stoppage. Topuria’s own corner and brother decided to stop the fight to protect him. In symbolic terms, that is closer to a voluntary surrender than a forced defeat.
The sequence resembles a ceremonial transition more than a conquest:
First, the challenge.
Then, the surrender.
Then, the recognition of authority.
Historically, many transfers of power were deliberately staged to communicate legitimacy. The losing side would publicly acknowledge the outcome, allowing the new order to be seen as accepted rather than merely imposed.

During Covid, they gave up valuable wall space in retail stores. Other shoe brands stepped in. Consumers bought what they saw, and the $NKE brand lost tremendous market share. I held them for quite some time, but sold when I saw the opportunity.
