the bd-j file currently being shared for ps4 14.00 is originally my private file it was unpacked and redistributed and whoever did it was stupid enough to leave references to my own domain inside it
the only reason this file ever left my hands was because someone with devkit and testkit access contacted me and offered to support my research with a testkit dev resources firmware updates and anything i needed in return he wanted access to my jailbreak for testing i agreed because i wanted to study the security differences between retail consoles and dev/test hardware and nothing more
later i spent around two weeks researching a separate method related to extracting content_key_seed information for sony packages zeco @notnotzecoxao helped me with some fundamentals corrected some information and gave me some keys and i will never deny that after the method was completed we agreed to keep it private between us
after that other people kept asking me for the method and keys and i refused but later i found out the method had been shared outside that agreement and then the same private circle that already had my iso started getting more information too
after giving people far too much trust i can say this with confidence in my own work i always wanted to do things the right way and responsibly but mistakes happen and this was one of mine i trusted the wrong people
the key extraction vulnerability has now been reported to sony as well :) the report is submitted and sony will also be provided with the list of games they obtained content_key_seed from so they can investigate the full impact
i have also provided the relevant technical details and evidence through the proper channels including information that can help them verify where the leaked development material came from
i will not publish private mac addresses serial numbers account details or personal information publicly that belongs with sony not social media
from this point forward im done with playstation research im not working on playstation anymore and im leaving this shitty scene completely
i came here to research build and learn not to deal with leaks lies black market drama and people selling private work behind each others backs
goodbye to fpkg updates :)
and this is officially the end of the keys business
im out

gaming is getting wild
We finally have base PS4 games booting in PS4 Pro mode on PS5. 😭🔥
NeoEnabler by gasb07 tricks the PS5 into launching non-Pro PS4 titles with Pro profiles and unlocks the 8 GiB RAM boundary:
🎮 Native 4K patches for titles that were stuck at 1080p
⚡ Bloodborne running at 1440p/4K with full memory allocation
🌐 Clean web UI to manage patches straight from your browser/Media tab

007 FIRST LIGHT QUALITY MODE AT 60 FPS ON BASE PS5. IT'S TIME TO ASK SOME SERIOUS QUESTIONS.
Please take a few minutes to read this post. Watch the attached video. And most importantly, think about what it means for the future of gaming.
Today, I'm officially introducing my 007 First Light Quality Mode 60 FPS Patch, running on a standard PS5.
Not a PS5 Pro. Not Performance Mode.
QUALITY MODE. 60 FPS. BASE PS5.
After countless hours of reverse engineering, technical investigation and testing, I've achieved something that raises serious questions about the restrictions imposed on the hardware we already own.
During my analysis, I discovered that Quality Mode is artificially limited to 30 FPS through software.
I managed to overcome that restriction, and my tests confirmed the results shown in the attached gameplay video.
And that's where the real discussion begins.
SONY, WHO ARE THESE LIMITATIONS REALLY FOR?
We're constantly told that better performance requires better hardware.
Want higher framerates while preserving visual quality? Buy a PS5 Pro. Spend around €700.
But what happens when an independent developer demonstrates that a regular PS5 can go beyond an enforced software limit?
Sony's ecosystem allows framerates to be artificially controlled. My work demonstrates why those restrictions deserve scrutiny.
I prove Sony imposed this particular limit to sell more PS5 Pro consoles. But I absolutely question a system where the company selling you an upgrade also controls so much of what your existing hardware is allowed to deliver.
Think about that.
They sell you the problem. Then they sell you the solution.
They convince you that what you already own isn't enough.
And when you're ready to spend more money, there's always another product waiting for you.
YOU THINK YOU'RE BUYING THE PRODUCT.
BUT IN REALITY, YOU ARE THE PRODUCT.
AND REMEMBER WHAT WE DID WITH WOLVERINE?
This isn't where our ambition ends.
We've already explored pushing the limits with our Wolverine 120 FPS work.
And that raises an even bigger question.
What if 120 FPS could become achievable in more games that currently restrict players to much lower framerates?
Imagine what we could discover if we stopped treating every software-imposed limit as an absolute hardware limitation.
Of course, not every game can be guaranteed to reach 120 FPS. Every engine and rendering workload is different.
But that's exactly what I'm investigating right now.
More games. More freedom. More performance.
Not through marketing promises, but through reverse engineering, experimentation and actual testing.
SPECIAL THANKS TO @SeregonWar
I want to sincerely thank SeregonWar, the developer behind PBS.
Without him and his incredible work, I wouldn't have been able to record the attached gameplay video directly from my PS5 without an external capture card.
His contribution made this demonstration possible, and he deserves proper recognition.
This is what our community is capable of when independent developers share knowledge and build on each other's achievements.
THE PATCH WILL BE AVAILABLE TONIGHT.
Available for download tonight.
This project required countless hours of research, testing and dedication.

NOW I WANT EVERYONE TO THINK ABOUT THIS.
Why should we automatically accept every performance restriction placed on hardware we've already purchased?
How many limitations are genuinely unavoidable, and how many deserve to be challenged?
Watch the video. Examine the results. Ask questions.
Because gaming should be about giving players more possibilities, not simply convincing them to purchase another console.
WE DON'T NEED TO ACCEPT EVERY LIMITATION.
WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND IT. QUESTION IT. AND WHEN POSSIBLE, BREAK THROUGH IT.
Thank you to everyone who has supported my work.
This is only the beginning.
NOT FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS.
NOT FOR THE MARKETING.
FOR THE PLAYER.

Mark my words, these issues will be solved in time — either once I have access to a Pro myself, or when someone else finds fixes that can be used.
I have not said I’m leaving or anything like that.
I still have around 60 dumps to share, and most of them will need a backport. I’m not giving up — I just need some time to work something out for Pro, or wait until usable fixes become available.
A quick update, guys 💙
I’ve decided to take a break from backports and patches for now.
I’ve been running into compatibility issues across different console models and firmware versions, especially on PS5 Pro. Fixing something for one setup can break it on another, and I’m not comfortable continuing to release patches I can’t properly verify.
I only have original “fat” PS5 consoles, so I can’t reproduce the Pro issues myself or test every model and firmware combination. I’ve been communicating with others to find a solution, and I genuinely appreciate everyone who’s helped, but relying on remote testing for every change just isn’t practical.
Between the constant troubleshooting and hundreds of messages each day, it’s become draining. I’d rather pause than keep releasing fixes that solve one person’s problem and create another for someone else.
Sorry to everyone waiting, and thank you for the reports, testing, patience and support. Your feedback has been valuable—it’s helped highlight issues I couldn’t see on my own consoles.
If I find a solid, reliable solution, I’ll come back to it. For now, backports and related fixes are on pause.
Thanks for understanding. 💙

Wasn’t planning on making a goal, but TrueIceCold generously donated £150, so I matched it with £150 myself. ❤️
£500 to go. Any help is appreciated, but absolutely no pressure — if not, I’ll fund it myself in time when i can. 🫡
