Today in COSASE, I asked Uganda Airlines CEO Jennifer Bamuturaki to account for $12,750 (about shs 50m) per diem that she requisitioned for as Acting CEO last year in June to travel to different countries. She didn't travel, but she didn't refund the money. This was her response!
